Usage method:

1) Clean surface: Clean up the surface of the sticky or coated material, remove rust, dust and grease, etc.

2) Sizing: Cut off the cap of rubber hose, cover the tip (cut the tip to the appropriate size), squeeze the glue onto the clean surface with a rubber gun, make it evenly distributed, and close and fix the adhesive surface.

3) Curing: Place the coated parts at room temperature and let them self-curing. The curing process of this adhesive is a gradual curing process from outside to inside. Under room temperature and 50% relative humidity, the depth of curing will be about 2-4 mm in 24 hours. When the temperature is low or the humidity is low, the curing time will be prolonged.

4) After the operation is completed, the unused glue should be sealed and stored. When used again, if there is a little crust at the seal, it can be removed without affecting normal use.

Storage, transportation and precautions:

1) Keep away from children. If you touch your skin carelessly, wipe it clean, then rinse it with clean water; if you touch your eyes carelessly, rinse it with clean water immediately and go to the hospital for examination.

2) The product should be sealed and stored in a cool, dry and ventilated place (5 25 C) to prevent rain and sunlight exposure.

3) In normal storage environment, the storage period is 6 months.

4) After opening, the product should be used up as soon as possible. The unused product should be sealed and put in a safe place.

5) This product is non-dangerous and can be stored and transported according to general chemicals.

Packing specification:

The product is packed in plastic pipes with 300 ml/branch (24 pieces/case) and 2600 ml/branch (4 pieces/case).
